Tau Sar Pneah is also popularly known as ‘Tambun Biscuits’ for which Penang is famous for. Biscuits are spherical, slightly crisp and flaky on the outside. The generous biscuit filling is specially made with mungbean and shallots, which are fried till aromatic and soft. Biscuits are packaged hygienically in food-grade wrapper to preserve freshness.
